7. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the CA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Hollywood, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the specific contract. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
