Pool Remodel in Woodland Hills

This stunning Woodland Hills backyard transformation turned an outdated pool into a modern oasis perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

The project began with a complete demolition and site prep. The existing pool was drained and stripped, and the surrounding area was regraded to ensure proper drainage and a solid foundation. From there, we installed a new base and carefully leveled the yard to support the upgraded hardscape. For the finish, we installed premium interlocking pavers throughout the pool deck, creating a sleek, cohesive look with improved durability and slip resistance. The pool itself was refreshed with a smooth new interior, bringing the water back to life with a bright, inviting finish.

Bathroom Remodel in North Hollywood

We completed a full bathroom remodel in North Hollywood, CA, transforming an outdated bathroom into a modern, functional space with a custom walk-in shower, new bathtub, and full tile installation. Our team began by protecting the work area and demolishing the existing shower, floor tile, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, and fixtures, followed by complete debris removal. We then updated the plumbing to accommodate a new walk-in shower, prefab bathtub, vanity, and toilet. For the shower system, we installed wire mesh reinforcement, hot mop waterproofing with Type-3 asphalt, and a floating cement base to ensure durability and proper waterproofing. We also framed a custom shampoo niche and installed full-height tile on the shower walls, shower floor, and bathroom floor for a clean, modern finish. The bathtub area was upgraded with tile installed on all three surrounding walls up to the ceiling, along with new shower valves and shower head installation. Full House Remodel and ADU

This project in White Oak, CA was a complete property transformation from the ground up.
